Below is the full list of what has been announced about the resort and where each item actually stands. Every line carries a source, a verification date, and one of three statuses:
- Confirmed — verified by us on the ground, or reported by a primary source as having actually happened.
- Announced — stated by the project, the government or a contractor. A plan, not a fact.
- Not published — not published anywhere we can find, as of the verification date.
Keeping plans and facts apart is the whole point of this page: announced kilometres and dates are worth reading separately from what is already built and verified.
